Michelle Maldonado

With the deft ability to see both the big picture goal and the minute details that make up every successful real estate deal, Michelle Maldonado is the attentive and savvy broker that Nashville buyers and sellers need by their side.

A Nashville resident for more than two decades, Michelle has seen the city’s amazing transformation firsthand, and brings a passion for the “It City” to everything she does. With a focus spanning Nashville’s unique neighborhood’s, Brentwood’s luxury estates, and Franklin’s quaint country homes, Michelle truly believes that there’s a community here to fit every buyer’s personality, lifestyle and pace. And among sellers, she’s known for her ability to maximize value with a keen eye for branding and staging. An admitted spreadsheet fanatic with nearly 20 years of real estate experience, Michelle carefully analyzes market data and trends to negotiate the best deal possible for every client.

Personal attention and candidness are the hallmarks of Michelle and partner Amanda Gleaton’s hands-on approach. They work closely with clients to establish the rapport and honest communication necessary to identify goals and create an effective strategy.

Prior to real estate, Michelle was a territory manager for an industrial chemical company, but she left corporate life behind, inspired to enhanced neighborhoods through development. Recruited by a top developer, Michelle served as a sales and marketing director responsible for launching impressive Nashville luxury high-rises. In those roles she also honed her ability to close a large volume of business, execute high-level marketing campaigns and work closely with buyers at all experience levels.

Originally from California, Michelle grew up an Air Force brat and counts her current residence as the 26th home she’s lived in — making real estate her ideal occupation. Over her 20-plus years in Nashville, she’s experienced a wide range of neighborhoods and living experiences — from a 1920’s Victorian near Five Points to her current home in Williamson County’s new Witherspoon neighborhood. Her nomadic spirit takes her on frequent trips to visit family across the country, while at home, her full and happy home includes her husband, their four children, their silly pup Reggie and a fat cat.

Nichole Holmes

With a family history tied to real estate, commercial construction, and land development, partnered with a strong sales and marketing background, Nichole Holmes entered the real estate industry with knowledge, skills, and experience.

“Anything I’ve ever learned about business and dealing with the public is directly related to how my parents interacted with their clients. When I was younger, I loved perching myself right outside the conference room door and listening to the negotiations happening just on the other side of it!”

Shortly after earning her Communications degree from Southern Illinois University, Nichole followed the number one rule in real estate…location, location, location. She moved from Illinois to Nashville with the prospect of increased opportunity working in television. This proved to be advantageous for Nichole as she spent the last 25 years in front of the camera. Working as a show host at international shopping networks, Nichole also was featured in national campaigns, commercials, and print advertisements.

Nichole really took the “Do what you love…” saying to heart when her passion for real estate and television merged while hosting the Netflix show “Marriage or Mortgage.” She was highlighted on The Today Show, People Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Post for her expertise in the real estate industry.

Nichole’s accomplished career in real estate began by selling luxury condos in mixed-use buildings in the downtown area of Nashville. Nichole thrives on the connections and relationships that develop when working on a project from start to finish with a developer. Experiencing the transformation of a property from the ground up still excites her. With proficiency in many areas, she feels selling luxury real estate is her expertise since cutting her teeth at Terrazzo, located in the Gulch in 2009. However, after living in several areas of Davidson and Williamson Counties over the last 23 years, she’s very knowledgeable in both counties.

Nichole is eager to bring her sales, media, marketing and real estate experience to Compass. Whether it be investment property or a personal home, she is determined to make the entire process of finding her clients the real estate of their dreams as seamless as possible.
